Residential Services across the Treasure Coast
Residential work is the bulk of what we do on the Treasure Coast: panel and service upgrades, whole-house rewires in older Fort Pierce and Vero Beach houses, added circuits for a new range or a pool pump, recessed and outdoor lighting, ceiling fans, GFCI and AFCI protection in kitchens and baths, generator inlets and transfer switches, and surge protection at the meter. Everything we install meets or exceeds N.E.C. standards, because in this county that is also what passes inspection.
Most homeowners call us for one of three reasons. Something stopped working and nobody can tell them why. They are adding load the house was never wired for, which in a 1960s block home usually means the panel is the real problem. Or they are buying or selling and an inspection turned up cloth wiring, an ungrounded receptacle or an obsolete panel that has to be dealt with before closing.
Coastal houses age differently than inland ones. Salt air corrodes meter cans, outdoor disconnects and lug connections, and a summer of lightning storms is hard on anything without proper grounding and surge protection. We look at the whole service, not only the circuit you called about, and we tell you which findings are urgent and which can wait until next year.
We are fully insured and state certified, and every job is quoted before the work starts. New installations are estimated free.

Do you handle emergency calls at night?
Yes. We run 24-hour emergency service for burning smells, sparking, dead services and storm damage.
Is my estimate free?
Estimates on new installations are free. Diagnostic work on an existing problem is quoted before we start.
Can you upgrade an older panel?
Yes. Service and panel upgrades are routine work for us, including coordinating the meter change with the utility.
