City by city
What coverage looks like city by city
Housing stock, common failures and drive time all change as you move along the coast. Here is the honest breakdown.
Fort Pierce, FL
Home base, and where three generations of this company learned the housing stock. Older block homes north and south of the downtown, plus grove and ranch work west of town, so we see both obsolete residential services and three-phase pump controls in the same week.
Port St. Lucie, FL
Mostly newer construction on wide subdivision lots, which means the calls skew toward added load: pool and spa circuits, generator inlets, lanai and landscape lighting, and panels that were sized for the house as built rather than as it is used now.
Vero Beach, FL
Our second office line. Barrier island and near-coast houses take the worst of the salt air, so meter cans, outdoor disconnects and lug connections corrode years ahead of schedule, and grounding and surge protection matter more here than anywhere else we work.
Stuart, FL
Martin County work runs commercial as often as residential: storefront and office build-outs, service upgrades on buildings added onto more than once, and parking lot and sign lighting that needs the bucket truck rather than a ladder.
Jensen Beach & Palm City, FL
A mix of waterfront homes and small commercial along the corridor. Docks, lifts and outdoor circuits in wet locations are common here, and those are the installations the code is strictest about and the ones we find done wrong most often.
Sebastian & Fellsmere, FL
The agricultural end of Indian River County. Groves, nurseries and ranches with irrigation pumps, well services, long direct-burial feeders and yard lighting on properties where the nearest pole is a good distance from the equipment.
