What this is

Estimates across the Treasure Coast

We provide free estimates on new installations. That covers a remodel or addition, a new construction house or commercial building, a service or panel upgrade, a generator or transfer switch, a lighting project, a new pedestal or pole, and the electrical portion of a build-out you are bidding out to several trades.

The people who ask for one are usually deciding between options rather than shopping a single number. A homeowner who wants to know whether the kitchen plan needs a service upgrade before the cabinets are ordered. A general contractor who needs an electrical number that will still be correct at rough-in. A property manager weighing a lighting retrofit against another year of repair calls.

An estimate from us is a scope, not a guess. We look at the existing service and panel capacity, the routing the building will actually allow, what the inspector in that county will require, and where the plan is asking for something the code will not permit, which is better to learn now than at rough-in. Where there is a cheaper way to get the same result, we will show you that too.

Seventy-five years and three generations in these counties means we have priced this kind of work in these buildings before. If the honest answer is that the job is bigger than you were told, you will hear it at the estimate rather than halfway through.

The process

How this service actually runs

  1. 01

    Tell us the project

Plans, a punch list or a conversation on site. All three are fine to start from.

  2. 02

    Assess the existing service

Panel capacity, grounding and routing, so the number accounts for what is already there.

  3. 03

    Written estimate

Free on new installations, with the scope itemized rather than a single lump figure.

  4. 04

    Schedule the work

Sequenced around your contractor, your tenant turnover or your closing date.

How soon can you come out?
